They came out in less than 12 hours, saw the damage to her dwelling, and before nighttime had a crew removing as much of the tree as they possibly could. They told us it was the ninth house they had worked on that day. They took out the limbs puncturing through her roof and into her ceiling. They covered her house with tarps to secure it from any upcoming bad weather. The head of the crew explained the next steps as we wait for the removal of tree trunk, debris, repairs, roofing, etc. We know Rhino has dedicated workers helping the next community member in dire need, so we will hang in there.
