Our miniature poodle was ready for basic training, 3 week in kennel, and Rene was perfect for him. She clearly loves dogs and we witnessed it firsthand when she reviewed the week’s lesson so we could practice at home. He was attentive to her and listened and obeyed her commands. One of the best signs that he was in the right place was him jumping into her arms when we returned him for his last week of training. Highly recommend.“

“My Cat Rusty was recently seen by Dr. Kasperbauer and assistant Hailey during an er visit for his broken leg. They were beyond amazing. They walked us through the options of treatment and made sure we were aware of the financial cost of each. They not only went above an beyond for us and Rusty but were so kind through out. I am forever grateful for them. Our cat is scheduled for surgery this week thanks to them. Thank you so much for all your help! You two are true Angels.“

“Through the years we’ve brought several dogs to PetSuites and had very good experiences. But nothing could top our stay last weekend with Ernie. Just one hour after dropoff the staff observed some blood in Ernie’s stool and immediately texted us telling us they were giving him close observation. On Saturday we were at dinner and got another text updating us that Ernie was improving but was still under observation. On Sunday we exchanged texts again and out of total interest for Ernie’s condition because of his heart murmur, Manager Alana called for an appointment and took Ernie herself to the Upstate Vet Emergency hospital. Fortunately Ernie had just a GI issue, he got meds, and we cancelled our vacation to bring him home. Every step of the way we were kept informed, spoke directly with the vet while she treated Ernie, and were not charged for the time needed to set this up and transport Ernie. Absolutely 5 star service from Alana and the staff for Ernie! Thanks to all!“

“I cannot recommend the dog wizard of Greenville more! They are highly attentive, skilled in their field, knowledgeable and most importantly - truly care about the well being of your pets. I felt so at ease knowing my two dog babies were well cared for during the 14 day Board & Train. I received a very detailed and thorough check-in call every 3 days while they were gone. They posted photos daily - so I never felt out of touch as to what was going on. At the end of our 14 days, we had a one on one training that has prepared me to continue growing my dog’s new skills. I feel so confident moving forward taking both dogs out for long walks and to social gatherings. I look forward to many more group training sessions and hangs with the team. “Ranger loveeeessss coming to Top Dog. We can only do once a week, but he gets so excited when we bring him in!
