Toby had his first grooming with Heather yesterday. We were a little concerned because he seems to have a low tolerance for getting groomed. From the outset, Heather made it a fun, stress-free experience for him. She worked quickly, and did an excellent job. It worked so much better than having to take him to the groomer, and then waiting all day for a phone call to come pick him up. Highly recommended.

We had our first appointment yesterday for a full service bath. My boy is a big dog but Rune (I don't know if I spelled that correctly) handled him so well. The service was quick I think in total it only took her 45 min. He smelled so good when he was done. You could tell he really enjoyed the pampering. We are excited to continue using Pee Dee Pampered Pets regularly to keep my boy happy and clean.

She took the time to assess my dog's fur, discussed what look I wanted for my pup, and gave an accurate estimate of how long the grooming would take.
