This location has changes since Prisma took over and not for the better. You are asked to leave messages, but it takes about a week for some one to get in contact with you. I called and left a message on April 19, 2024 to get a prescription sent to a different pharmacy. It is now April 26,2024 and the prescription location has not been changed nor has anyone reached out to me regarding the change. This is very frustrating. I really need to change doctors and/ or locations.

I needed refills on meds. but wanted to check in with Lai Chiam,FNP since I had not been in the office for a long time. I am always nervous at the doctors' office but Lai Chiam put me at ease immediately. She was professional but kind, very easy to talk to and she made sure she answered all my questions, (sometimes medical professionals rush you through your appointment, but this was not the case with my office visit). I would recommend Lai Chiam to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, compassionate FNP to handle your medical concerns.

I have been going there for almost 25 yearsMy Doctor is amazing!! Her name is Dr. Forrester,She has been there for me and my family for many years now!!She is very kind, caring and compassionate.The staff is wonderful!!! And The Office is very clean.Hope This HelpsGod Bless
