A sewing room which will double as a mudroom that my father can enter without stairs was transformed from a 55-year-old space that never seemed to have much use except as storage or a playroom for my children. Mr. Hill designed a new closet (of course with a barn door since he now knows my style) that can hold all my sewing materials as well as a new pantry. My father can walk up the new handicap ramp onto the gorgeous porch right into this room to enter my home. I now spend an immense amount of time working in and loving my new space.
