“I had a key from a smart key system that Lowes, and Home Depot couldn’t replicate. I happened to pull in to my apartment complex and see his van, granted it was around 6pm on a Friday I wasn’t sure if anyone would pick up. He answered quick and helped me make a custom key since the manufacturer made it different than normal. He was fast, professional, and above all courteous. If I ever need another key made or get locked out, Rick (I’m pretty sure was his name) will be my first call.“
