Great Clips

This was my first time to a Great Clips. Went there as a a walk in. Was greeted warmly and walked through the signin process. They were pretty busy at the time, but I was seen within 10 minutes. My hair stylist was friendly and attentive, and I got the cut, just as I had requested. Will be going back again for my next haircut.

I came in to get my hair cut about 4 inches and when I left it looked blotchy and uneven. The hairdresser was also very rough with my hair. I came back after looking at it in the car and I obviously asked someone else to fix my hair for me because I didn’t want to risk my hair getting worse. Jenessa was amazing and fixed my hair so perfectly! She was very sweet and gentle with my hair and took her time to make sure it looked great. I left there feeling satisfied and happy with my haircut. She’s going to be the one I ask for from now on.

I've only been to Great Clips twice (with no appt.) I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies working there. They are very professional & go out of their way to make you feel special.
