“On my layover flight on the way to Myrtle Beach. I broke my temporary crown. Glenn Bay Dental Associates were able to get me in that same day. I came in as an emergency patient as I am from out of state. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The hygienist I saw was Angie and the dentist was Dr. Levens. They both understood what I needed and went to work right away. Dr. Levens came in twice explaining to me what my options were and explained things in detail. Angie worked on temporary crown. She checked as many times to make sure I was happy with it, and got it to where it felt perfect. I truly felt as if I had been a patient there for many years. And they seemed genuinely concerned that I get out of there with everything fixed so that I could have a great vacation. Anyone who goes there if you get Angie as your hygienist, she is the best, professional, and makes you feel like part of the Dental Associates family. If they were located closer to home in Ohio, I would definitely switch to this practice.“
