This past Sunday, I ran out of hot water and I called Cascade plumbing and I spoke to Ollie who would get a plumber out to me that day. I was very impressed from that moment and the fact that it was a Sunday and no charge to come out.Victor came and was able to diagnose the problem. I did have to call the company from which I got my heater from because my parts were still under warranty.Parts we’re overnighted and Vic was back to install the parts and get my hot water running. Victor was professional courteous and communicated with me very well. I highly recommend cascade plumbing thank you once again.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company without hesitation.
I googled plumbing in the area, they actually answered the phone which is rare in and of itself. They showed up on time and called ahead.
The work was professional and done incredibly well. Vic explains everything beforehand and I thought the pricing was reasonable for the work . He even advised us how to save some money.
They are my go to now, hands down. Great experience and we thank you!
