Booked my daughter and me for a haircut, 4 days ahead of time, just to be told that he wasn't going to show up today, the date I scheduled 4 days ago! The only reason I am giving it a 5 star, is because the amazing cosmetologist informed me, assisted us with rescheduling it promptly, and was so kind and helpful with the cancelation process! Then, Tatiana spent so much time helping us find the best product for helping my daughter with styling and frizz control! The absolute best customer service I've experienced in so long, and very clean, and well organized... I had to give them a 5-star rating!

Shelby from Sumter SC helped me with color matching my foundation. She was amazing and so so patient with me. Customer service was excellent. Shelby was super down to earth and knows her stuff 10/10 recommend.

Karen was so sweet and helped me and my friend look up and find our perfect products. She gave good recommendations for me when looking for a good gloss based off of one I wanted. Anyhoo she was very sweet and helpful. Also loved her pink dress :)
