My family used Shelly Lundberg's Accounting firm for the 2023 tax preparation and were initially impressed with the customer service and quick processing. The firm identified that our 2022 taxes needed amending so I provided the necessary documents in March 2024, and they assured us the amendments would be handled right after the tax season.

However, when I called for an update yesterday (13 May 2024), I explained we were moving soon and needed to know whether I should pick up my documents.

Today we were told to pick up our documents as they prioritized other clients with firm deadlines. It's disappointing that the firm didn't communicate their inability...read full review

However, when I called for an update yesterday (13 May 2024), I explained we were moving soon and needed to know whether I should pick up my documents. Today we were told to pick up our documents as they prioritized other clients with firm deadlines. It's disappointing that the firm didn't communicate their inability to complete our amendments. I wouldn't recommend this firm unless you can afford to wait months to be prioritized. We are a military family, moving this summer, and don't have until the next year's tax filing season to wait.
