Best massage therapist in Sumter,SC..... has made even this era of COVID a safe environment to get your "me" needs met by taking all the safety precautions!!! I have been going to her for several years and I'm never disappointed. It is a worthy investment in myself every few wks to reset my body....

I received a gift certificate for Body and Sole as a gift. When I redeemed it, Tiffany was flexible with my schedule. The environment is very soothing, and the staff friendly. The massage room was warm, cozy, and welcoming. Tiffany took her time and talked with me before the massage so she could focus on what my needs were. The massage... fantastic!! I felt so relaxed afterward. Follow her advice and drink a ton of water afterward! It will help you feel so much better!

I have been twice more since that first massage and it is always money well spent.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting a massage here or sending the gift of relaxation to a friend or loved one.
