First time EVER my very very picky and sensitive teen son liked his haircut--he actually left there smiling and was beaming all day!!! Usually he takes hours to days to recover from a bad mood after a haircut. He hates change, so haircuts have always been a huge battle for us, but this time was completely different. Victoria is amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable and really makes sure you are getting what you want. Even though my son likes his hair in a slightly longer style, she was able to understand what he was asking for and give him the confidence a dozen other places haven't. I love Victoria! She does my hair better than anyone and is great with my young son and curly haired daughter. I don't think there's anything she can't do! We won't go anywhere else!

Victoria has been amazing with my son. In 2013, he was young and he fought getting his haircut. I literally took him to 2 places that started and then refused to finish his haircut because he would start screaming and crying. Victoria took her time and made sure that he knew there was nothing to be scared of. She let him play with a spray water bottle and look at everything so he felt comfortable. She is the only person I have taken my son to since that day. She has been wonderful and friendly. She has a playroom for kids to play in when they are waiting. It is a great environment. I highly recommend her.
