“Henry has a wealth of knowledge about the function of each muscle in an exercise. His emphasis on form and reinforcing different muscular groups in each session has mad a big difference in my overall strength in a relatively short time. I am 75 and have many issues. I have been called by past trainers tge stiffest person they have ever encountered and yet the exercises Henry has me do in my sessions increase my flexibility as well as strength.
