Does not recommend! Horrible service. I took a couch cover to them almost a month ago now. No one ever called when it came back in even though I was told they would. When I called 3 weeks after dropping it off, I was told it was in. I went to pick up and it was dirty all around the bottom and had numerous stains on the arms and other places that were not there before. I was told “how do I know you didn’t bring it in that way.” Seriously? Let’s say I did bring it in stained and dirty, wouldn’t that be the reason why…For you to clean it. Why would you give it back to me that way? The woman working actually tagged where the dirt was and a black mark when I dropped it off and then tried to tell me she didn’t. I also have pictures of the cover before I brought it in showing exactly where the dirt and the one mark was. I was told they could send it back out and what other choice did I have. I also had already prepaid for it. I received a call later from the woman working saying I had to call Nancy at Ladson because they couldn’t get it done by that Friday for me and I’d have to talk to Nancy myself. This was a Tuesday. I needed it for that weekend and that’s why I took it in 5 weeks ahead of time. Anyway, she gave me Nancy’s number and I called on 10/26. Another woman answered the phone and took my name and number and I still have not heard from anyone and it’s now 11/1. I will never use them again and will definitely not recommend. I’ve never had such a bad experience and shown such lack of customer service. Also, where’s my couch cover?
