DO NOT USE MR. ROOTER!!!!!! I have had to resort to legal help, after trying to discuss the circumstances with their "Office Manager", who was exteemely rude and denied what happened. Save your money, they will rob you. Not to mention, the most expensive plumber in the area, for absolutely HORRID service. $375 to snake. $65 for a "service call" in order to determine what service needed to be done, even though when i made the appointment, we specified that we knew it needed to be snaked, but they refused to give us any indication of how much it would be.
