When I went to my first RedZone Workout about two months ago, I weighed 245 lbs and my back hurt so bad it was affecting my work. The RedZone coaches Scott and Robert helped me with some alternative exercises to get started and I worked out at my own pace. The class setting motivates me to push myself and I look forward to going. I've lost over 30 pounds, my back pain is almost gone, and I have more energy. I make better decisions about my food, but am not dieting. By the end of the Summer, I expect to be in better shape than when I graduated U. S. Army Airborne School 31 years ago.
