Doesn't fill prescriptions out to send to pharmacy. I need two types of different meds one they only sent one pill over and one pill isn't gonna cut the stuff I have going on and another is an inhaler and my insurance isn't gonna cover the one they sent over the pharmacy and the doc office need to be more responsible

The first thing I want to say is April at the front desk is so unprofessional and has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She needs to be put through training or fired. She doesn’t know answers to questions like “why can’t you request the records?” “Why haven’t records been requested?” All she says is she will leave a note. Ma’am, y’all have left notes for 5 days now. We’ve been trying to get them to send a request to get records from previous doctor for 5 days now. Previous doctor hasn’t received anything. MUST READ! DO NOT GO HERE! Just look at their ratings! Im clearly not the only one with issues with these people! READ READ READI have been tolerating being a patient there simply bc all other places are not excepting new patients. Let me tell you how irresponsible and how when they make a huge mistake on their end they punish you for it. So I make an apt and low and behold I have to pay them 288 out of pocket. Come to find out billing did not BILL THE INSURANCE it's their 1 job! So I explained to the front desk that I'm sorry I need to remake my apt I just found out from billing they forgot to bill my tri care insurance as well as our secondary insurance.
