Been Coming here for two years now. He is kind, attentive, informative, and priced incredibly well. Anytime I've been unhappy, he has offered to fix it, and at times complimentary. I have been thrilled and refer a lot of my friends to this office.

As one who has traveled all over to see many doctors - I have stopped right here at Palmetto Med Spa. They are caring as well as professional and I am always beyond pleased with the results. The doctor will give you his time and is never in a rush. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are incredible. Everyone was really sweet and professional. They are knowledgeable about what will work for you and what doesn't. What impressed me most was that I was asking him about different products and he would tell me "you don't need that" instead of trying to make an extra sale. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and making them look and feel their best. He asked questions before our appointment, explained the procedure, asked what I was comfortable with, and then got to work putting me at ease. The whole appointment was over with quickly and I had no bruising at all, which I've had with other doctors. I've already discussed my next appointment with him and look forward to many more!
