The Leaffilter team did a wonderful job, from the quoting process to the install, everything went great. Our new gutters look great and have added a beautiful new curb appeal to our home. We would definitely recommend Leaffilter to anyone looking to have the best gutters in the business.

I like my gutters… the salesman was knowledgeable. The only reason for 3 stars is the receptionist was not helpful and quite condescending. And the whole loan thing was very confusing. I had the money to pay but I was offered a loan for a lower price on gutters. I had no information on the loan. I didn’t even realize it was with Wells Fargo, so when I received a statement with a credit card with it I just figured it was a credit card co trying to get me to have their card, so I threw away. Luckily Wells Fargo forgave the penalty for not paying. I’ll be sure to pay off said loan as the interest rate is 29%.

The communication getting to your local company is a bit lacking. Their customer service helped setting up appointments, buy when they set them up between 4-6 in the evening, it was too dark by the time the technician would have reached my home to do the service. I had already made it to work when I got a call at 8 AM that day from the technician that he was at my home.I had many questions about the Wells Fargo credit card terms. When I got the card, the paperwork that came with it stated a 28.99% interest rate. My contract was for 0% for 5 years. I had to call Wells Fargo to verify this and the very nice young man told me that was only the standard paperwork they send...read full review
