Every aspect of Hook and Ladder Pressure Washing business is adaptable and professional, from the courteous setup of the site visit and reasonable estimate to the billing itself. Vincent kindly agreed to do the driveway at the last minute and with a minor (and very reasonable) price adjustment. We also had a section of tough stain on the east side of the garage. Vincent was able to remove the tough stain. We were so pleased with Hook and Ladder Pressure Washing of SC, and their excellent customer service that we are having them return to clean the exteriors of our roof gutters that have not been touched in 22 years. My wife and I could not be more pleased with their service.
