I had my first 60-minute deep-tissue massage with Shannon and she was absolutely AMAZING. I can’t begin to explain, it was one of the best massages I have ever had! I could tell right away that Shannon was very knowledgeable and proficient in her field. She knew exactly what I needed. I was struggling with some knee pain for a long time, not only did I leave the massage pain free, but I continue to be pain free! She got all of the other knots in my body out too. She even showed me some simple stretches to help myself. I feel fantastic. I no longer have knee pain. My hamstrings, calves, and glutes are no longer tight. She did wonders on my body. Not only do I feel incredible, but I’ve maintained better flexibility. I highly recommend her to everyone. My Pickleball Club members now go to her too! Best massage around!
