Took my car to be fixed after some construction debris smashed the bumper of my new car. My car was repaired faster than I expected and the replacement bumper looks good as new. The technician even took the time to transfer the decepticon logo from my old bumper to my new one. It's small silly things like this that makes a difference between just completing a job vs. caring about the quality of the work completed. 10/10 body shop! Zach and his team were amazing through my whole experience with them. The writer communicated with me every step of the repair. The paint matched flawlessly and body lines were straight. Will go to these guys for all of my vehicles.
My experience with Gerber has been disappointing. Their mistakes resulted in multiple days of delays on our vehicle causing my family additional stress being without our vehicle. There was no sense of urgency to get this done I would not advise anyone to choose this location for their vehicle repair needs.
