Neil came out because we had water flowing into our house drain for 35 days and he immediately went to the source. The Thermal Expansion Valve failed and he had the new one over-nighted to him the next day. Before he left, he consulted with us about the water heater being 8 years old and it DID NOT have an expansion tank, so we decided to install a new water heater with expansion tank and all is good. I would Highly recommended Neil for simple to major plumbing repairs. Professional, friendly and knowlegable.
Neil responded promptly to an emergency plumbing problem on a weekend. He worked outside in a heavy rain to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. He was extremely professional and efficient and took the time to explain what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He completed the repair expediently at a very fair price. I highly recommend his services for any plumbing issues.
