I had them replace about 90% of the flooring (3200 sq.ft.) in my home going from hardwood to tile in some areas, hardwood to carpet, and hardwood to different hardwood flooring. Had a few hiccups in the beginning with the first tiling subcontractors, but the owner Chris was on-site every step of the way and made sure he got the right guys in there and that things were handled correctly. Everything was smooth sailing after that. I had to do different areas at a time so I could shuffle furniture around.
