Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude receptionist. Treated us like absolute crap. Poor management. Incompetent, pathetic employees. DO NOT GO TO MONARCH EYE CARE!!!!!

Today, 3 of my family members had eye exams (1:30). Due to the holiday traffic we were 15 minutes late. (I called). When I arrived there were no customers in the office and had 2 staff members at the front desk. I was told to fill out 3 new forms, 1 for each member (even though they are already in the system). If you choose not to get dilation, the cost is $39. I decided to get dilation for my 2 children. One of the staff members took the girls in the back to have their eyes dilated. (Time is 2:07). I'm not sure why it took so long from the time we got there since no one else was in the office. The staff did not tell us that the girls would have to wait 30 minutes... read full review

Monarch Eye Care is the worst company I've ever done business with for my vision care. First of all, they charged me double for my contacts what I paid 2 years ago at the same location. Secondly, I spend 8 months working out a problem with my bill. Their high turnover I'm sure was a part of this. Thirdly, they told me at the time of my appointment that I would need to submit a claim to get reimbursed for my exam & lenses (no problem. I've done that at many vision locations). BUT...after submitting my claim to my insurance, I found out that Monarch did indeed file my claim AND kept my $150 that was supposed to be reimbursed to me. I will never go back... read full review
