They immediately began to work to mitigate the flooding while working with our homeowners insurance. NO money asked for upfront. Bernard, one of their technicians then came to our home each day to check on the progress. He was extremely professional and friendly with our family at every interaction. The water damage was mitigated. We were never asked for payment from Clean Masters! Our insurance company sent us a check and then we paid our balance. We were very pleased with their service!“
