Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my system issue in 1 day. Parts ordered over the weekend and I had the system back by that Tuesday. Staff discussed potential upgrades as improvements. No hard sell. Very happy with quality and cost of service provided.
Found Cane Bay Computers and Mobile repair through a suggestion on Facebook. So glad I did! They have fixed 3 laptops for me, and I am satisfied. Great people, very knowledgeable, prompt service, and affordable.
My 10 yr old laptop had a white screen when it booted up,and I had taken to Shawn to look at.When it booted up no white screen but he notice it was slow and had a broken hinge. 75.00 to fix the hinge and 165.00 for 256gig ssd ,drive,new install of windows and Google chrome and a backup up of my photos and documents and music He's basically given me a new laptop in a weeks time! Very Satisfied!!
