Excellent customized plans for any fitness level! Weekly checkins to assess our journey to make any necessary adjustments to the program. I absolutely love his weightlifting plan and the meal plan is great. Bo Knows!
I cannot recommend Bo Knows Fitness enough! Not only does he come with so much knowledge and experience, but he takes the time to get to know you and help you reach your goals on a very personal level with tons of encouragement! He really is THE BEST!
