I cannot say enough great things about American Roofing Company and Operations Manager, Walter Harris. I had a new roof installed almost two years ago and recently had a leak. Walter went above and beyond to ensure my roof was properly repaired. He spent countless hours overseeing the project and also following up after recent storms to make sure there were no further issues. Walter is the epitome of excellent customer service. Thank you, Walter, and American Roofing Company for standing behind your work. It’s so refreshing to know there are still companies out there that value their craft and their customers.

This company is legit! Chase Allen is awesome . I'm a new home owner, and my roof was never replaced before my purchase, but I didn't really think much of it. But when he did his inspection and came upon some issues that could potentially become bigger issues for me if not taken care of; I decided to take action. He did not push or try to sell anything. But he did give me options.He was very straightforward about what he and his team wanted to accomplish. Being in real estate I've heard so many times about door to door roof salesmen who are less than honorable. So when I met Joseph Slayton, I listened critically and asked tough questions and requested documentation of promises being made. I have to say, the process was not without hiccups or problems, but if you live long enough you know that is part of life. The measure of a company is how they respond to such issues.
