The service was just fine but they are a little rougher than I'd like. I had this lovely lady working on my pedicure but she was a little rough while fining, she filed in my skin and it resulted in a minor laceration on the knuckle of my toe but other than that it was an amazing experience, the environment is very clean and luxurious. It has amazing lighting and a nice smell. I would go here again!
Went there a couple of months ago at the suggestion of my neighbor. It was a Sunday, not too busy. Charlena did my pedicure and was so gentle and fantastic. The shop is very nice compared to other shops and calming in nature. Been trying to get back there, called a couple of times and Charlena was never there. They finally told me today she was not there anymore. So I made an appointment today for a pedicure at noon. How bad can it be? The woman that did my pedicure was absolutely terrible. She had a rough touch and couldn't get thru it fast enough. Took her less than 30 minutes. Absolutely no compassion. When I paid, I didn't even leave her a tip. FIrst time... read full review
They do a great job but do not honor appointment times. This is the second time I've scheduled one and both times waited close to an hour before anyone helped me. Everyone is basically a walk-in.
