After having a horrible experience at Tedfords in Champlain I can not be more pleased with the service at Top Notch. I worked mostly with Joel and Josh while my car was at their shop. I never felt left out of what was going on, never felt belittled or d*** because I am not a mechanic. They made it clear to me they would make sure I would be driving in a safe car and even went out of their way to double check after an O2 sensor light came on. To say I am grateful is an understatement. The weight is off my shoulders knowing I will be driving in a safe car for myself and my daughter. Thank you to all of those at Top Notch, your name says it all!

John and Josh are excellent mechanics who are also very fair in their pricing. They are very knowlegeable and able to troubleshoot your vehicle in a very timely manner. I have no problem recommended them to people I know.
