I asked for a landscape design. He provided a hand drawn piece of copier paper in pencil instead of a document that a professional landscape architect normally provides. He instructed his staff to dig one shovel of clay per plant caused the plants to die in less than 1 month. He should have know or at least advised that the ground needed to be tilled and amended.Service: Landscape installations

Spent thousands of dollars and the job was not even fully completed. There was one whole area they failed to grade and sow grass as originally contracted, but I was still charged full price. The owner stated he had to buy additional seed and straw he didn't charge me for, but that wasn't my fault. If that was the case then that was poor estimating/planning on his part. They left a mess in my yard and did not repair the ground/grass where they left large ruts from running over the yard with their equipment. A bucket I kept outside for watering purposes was taken.
