I asked for a landscape design. He provided a hand drawn piece of copier paper in pencil instead of a document that a professional landscape architect normally provides. He instructed his staff to dig one shovel of clay per plant caused the plants to die in less than 1 month. He should have know or at least advised that the ground needed to be tilled and amended.Service: Landscape installations

Spent thousands of dollars and the job was not even fully completed. There was one whole area they failed to grade and sow grass as originally contracted, but I was still charged full price. The owner stated he had to buy additional seed and straw he didn't charge me for, but that wasn't my fault. If that was the case then that was poor estimating/planning on his part. They left a mess in my yard and did not repair the ground/grass where they left large ruts from running over the yard with their equipment. A bucket I kept outside for watering purposes was taken. Numerous mistakes were made including using the wrong color of stone for a retaining wall. As two other reviewers have noted on this same business, but under a different address, they charge for large plants/trees and deliver smaller ones in addition to the plants/trees appearing "tired and past their prime." One of their workers was rude and did not grade my land correctly causing newly expensive concrete to have to be scarred with a drill and saw to try and repair the mess he made. The owner charged me not only for the time he worked, but also for the time to repair his mistakes. As one of the other reviewers stated, the owner does not supervise is workers and practices little to no customer service. Very defensive about any question asked. I was contracted for a hanging plant. It was delivered after the fact and just left in a pot, not a hanging basket, on a bench on my porch instead of the front yard where it was supposed to go. Wish I had seen the other reviews on this business on another page (different address, but same business), before contracting with this company. Their experiences are dead on with what I have just unfortunately experienced. Extremely disappointed.
