I had an outdoor hose bib that leaked. They came out within an hour late on a Friday and installed 2 new frost free bibs. The guys were knowledgeable and professional. The work was done right and they went above and beyond cleaning up the mess I made before they arrived. They are everything you want when you have a plumbing need: Fast, Professional, Qualified and Fair Priced.
I highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and professional. I experienced a water leak at my home and called them around 10 AM. They were able to come out the same day. Josh did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and was able to make the repair within 2-3 hours. He explained each task in detail. This is a plus for a curious customer. He replaced some parts on my faucets as well. Great job Josh. I will be using them again for future needs as well.
Josh and Sam came the same day we called and quickly took care of both our outside water spigot and an inside sink drain issue for us. Exceptionally professional and top notch experts. We definitely recommend Sterling Craft and plan to use them again for some planned bathroom upgrades.
