I picked out & paid in full for floors, granite, quartzite, & backsplash in November 2020 for a small kitchen remodel & as of today, nothing is complete. I chose a slab of quartzite that I really loved & was told that piece would have my name on it & would not be sold to anyone else. Installers finally came April 13th & installed a completely different piece than what I bought. Backsplash was supposed to be installed on the 15th, but when installers got here, they were short 13 Sq Ft & couldn’t install.
