This review is not against the doctors. It is against the office staff. They are rude. Yelling at me for no reason. Yelling! Can you believe it!! Just trying to understand that everywhere you look on the internet Dr David Berry is listed at Piedmont Eye Associates. And my PCP told me to call him after he sent a referral. The person could not even talk very well and short and rude. I have NEVER had such a rude experience from a front desk in my 74 years. Can't believe that people like this are allowed to speak to the public. Needless to say, I will not be using this place for anything. Steer clear!

I was to have laser surgerytoday but was refused treatment because I didn't have the whole $271 I am on a fixed income with that being the only income coming in I told them I could pay $125 today and the rest in two weeks.but they still said noAnd here it is at Christmas time what is this world coming to

I came to this facility because it was the only one I could find that would take my insurance. I've been having trouble seeing lately and wanted to have my eyes examined and dialted.The nurse or assistant, before dilation, had me read the chart with my glasses ON that I DONT wear all the time (only for reading). I told her my left eye was a little blurry and she told me "that's ok" and then told me my vision was 20/20 with my glasses ON, even though I told her my left eye was blurry(?)The doctor then came in checked my eyes dialted said "everything looks good.
