Dr. Davis and Ashley are just GREAT. My dog, Addie, is highly attached to me. Ask anyone who has seen me briefly leave Addie's view and you'll hear how that dog can't function without me. Dr. Davis and Ashley were so patient, letting me actively participate in Addie's exam to keep her as calm as possible. Addie has been limping 3 days, non-weightbearing. The team not only evaluated her leg but also did her annual workup, updated vaccines, trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears, AND looked at a spot Addie had licked bald on her front arm. It took over an hour but at no point did i feel rushed or burdensome. My past three experiences were with my two cats, one i had to put to sleep in April. The team, i believe Dr Davis then too, were so kind and compassionate. They talked me through what was going on with my cat and gave me my options, expressing support either way. That's so important in these scenarios to have support from your pet's provider, to know you are in a judgement free zone. Highly recommend this practice. Everyone is professional and kind - from people who answer phone calls, to triage and rooming, to the provider and technicians. 5 stars!!

Recently moved to sc from Florida. Needed a vet because my dog had bladder stones. I looked up vets in my area and took a chance on heartland animal hospital. I w am so glad I did! Dr Catherine and the staff are top notch. Very caring, listened to my concerns. I knew my dog needed surgery and they were amazing ! They follow up and are super friendly and personable. I'd totally recommend this vet.
