Lord knows im not a fan of gas companies. While I admit I'm new ro dealing with them, In the 5 years since I moved to SC I've had problems with all gas companies I've had to deal with which by now is up to 4.
Ideal is the first one that did not make me feel like I was interviewing for the privilege of being their customer and actually came out when they said they would and went above and beyond to fix or advise on all my issues at a reasonable cost.

Ideal fuel was a pleasure to deal with. I use their services for my business and my home. They are some of the best folks I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Highly recommended for your gas needs.
I had the earlier that day a run-in (which was horrendous) w/ Freeman Gas. The installer was very disrespectful as (Misty) the customer service rep for them. However when I spoke w/ Ms Janet from Ideal Fuel she made me feel like going w/them is the Best decision I ever made. Their prices are lower (they don’t try to oversell) as well as the Customer Service Experience is 10x better than a Freeman Gas will Ever be if they keep the current people there. Even though my installation is on hold due to them getting the required tank I need (bc Ms Janet listened and like I said didn’t try to oversell) is on back order. I will wait a year or longer for Ideal rather than deal...read full review
