Yesterday we had the pleasure of having Mike and Jay work on installing a new Lennox heat pump at our home. They did a FANTASTIC job!! Mike was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly; he is certainly an asset to Davis Services as his expertise is amazing! He even called today to follow up if the unit was operating to the highest standards. Mike and Jay worked so diligently and professionally to provide us great customer service, and we would recommend them to any of our friends and relatives!

Technician was very,very good! Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Made sure I was happy with service before leaving. Just a little disappointed with expensive add-ons that were recommended. This has happened before when I inquired about a capacitor replacement. Was quoted $150. Replaced it myself for $20 and took 15 minutes. Just saying is that the Davis difference?

David was excellent. He informed me that the electricity would be off for 5 minutes while he installed the surge protector. But he was super fast - only 2 minutes! Great job, well done.
