Very friendly. Pets are treated well and their blade sharpening service is great also. The owner is very great at listening if you got questions. I buy zymox ear cleaner from them if your ever looking for that. Petsmart or petco don't carry it but its the best for any breeds that get reoccurring ear infections. I have poodles and it works every time. Hope this helps.
