We are delighted that we decided to go with Carpet One for our new flooring. The floors look beautiful. Every contact from Taylor in sales to the team that installed the carpet was professional and pleasant.
It was a true pleasure doing business with this company. New flooring is beautiful and install team's work was exceptional. The manager of the install team ensured he went above and beyond to answer all questions and put my mind at ease throughout the process. I will be continuing to do all future flooring business with Carpet One of Spartanburg.
Payton did a fantastic job helping us pick out the perfect flooring and getting it all set up. We couldn't have asked for better installers. They were very professional and extremely detail-oriented. I hesitated in getting new flooring because I knew it might be stressful. They made it an easy and enjoyable process. Would definitely recommend.
