I was shocked to see the review about the employee being racist! The person saying that really used the words REVERSED RACISM? As if white people are the only ones who can be racist! That's racist in itself! The ladies working there are very polite and treated myself and others i know very well every time! I'M WHITE! BTW. I'm not sure exactly who she's talking about. But i do know that Noranda is super sweet and anytime I've had an issue. She made it right. Right away! I give these ladies a 10! Bc they do a great job!
I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had any issues until this past Saturday. There is definitely some reverse racism (Afrian-American) happening with one of the employees. I was treated passively aggressively despite being very nice to her. The customer prior to me (who was the same race as her) was treated with respect and kindness. I don’t have a racist bone in my body and was treated so poorly and with attitude. I was aggressively told and guided to where to place to hands to hold my eye lids down, and then told I can remove the brown powder myself then she just did it.
