“If not for the diligence and great assistance I received from CJ Eiler, this review would have been a 1 star. Calling the office and trying to leave information for the office to submit a verification of eye exam to the DMV was like pulling teeth! The people answering phones and taking information had no idea what they were doing, messed up my email, spelling of my name, no idea who the person or persons were I was contacting, placed on hold numerous times. POOR CJ had to submit the eye exam verification form 4 times due to the fact the person who took my information and filled out the form had things spelled wrong.
Through CJ assistance and understanding, we finally had success. THANK YOU CJ, they need to hire (or clone) more of you.“
