Update:
Mayfield Fence came out yesterday and resolved the gate issue I had previously mentioned. The gate now functions properly, and I appreciate the crew’s work in making it right. They also followed up with a phone call today to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Communication this time around was much better — they kept me informed about when the crew would be returning, and everything went as expected. I’m grateful they ultimately stood behind their work and made the necessary fix.

Thank you Mayfield Fence and Daniel for your help and support. Our privacy fence was destroyed and we contacted your company to replace it. Daniel was quick to respond and get everything lined up for a rebuild!! The fence was rebuilt in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price! Extremely pleased with our new fence!! Thank you again!!!
I corresponded with mayfield fence over email most of the time after signing a contract with Home Depot. Mayfield was the contractor HD chose to work on our fence in anderson. I'm very pleased with the installers work, and the extension I requested, and I was very understanding in scheduling challenges due to rain. I'm only slightly upset due to the fact they weren't able to stay within my original asking price and did the work first then sent me a higher than expected bill AFTER the installation. If my email was read (sent march 4th) before they started work, we would have been able to work out the details, but I wasn't contacted to approve the added cost until 5 days...read full review
