I had my first professional massage today by Nick. I had no idea what to expect and was a little anxious at first, but Nick was very professional and easy to talk to. I was comfortable the entire time, and he seemed to love what he does. I could tell he was a very genuine person, and I’m sure he will go very far in this industry. Massage envy should be grateful to have him. Girls at the front desk were lovely as well. Thank you guys for the great first time experience!

I had the best experience with this company today. I went in for a massage after receiving a gift card for my birthday. The massage was great and the massage therapist, Katlyn, was amazing. When I went up to pay i could not find my gift card anywhere. I literally went out to my car and tore it apart thinking that maybe it fell out of my purse somehow. No luck, i went in prepared to just pay for the appointment. The girls at the desk were so sweet and understanding and told me that they could not find it in their system but but if i thought i could find it at home that they just wouldn't charge me until later that day to give me time to go look. I would rate this location ten stars if I could. Very relaxing and clean establishment. Allie did an amazing job with my facial, I added the neck and décolleté. Hands down have to get that enhancement every time! She put something called “siesta” on me that I need gallons of to take home.Brandy did my massage and she really listened to what I wanted and focused on my problem areas. She was very knowledgeable about all the things and explained to me what was happening.
