Love the convenience of the lockers, but two shirts were damaged the last time we used this service. One shirt came back with a huge hole in it that they claimed was there when they received it. I really think I would have noticed a gash of this size, and I wouldn't have sent it to be laundered. The cuff of another shirt came back with small holes up along the cuff seam. We switched to another local cleaner.

No matter how difficult the fabric....every garment, bedding, window treatment, etc that I have dropped off is carefully tended to without one mishap and the owners make it a point to know their customers on a personal level!That's Priceless in this day and time!The Majik Touch Locker concept is invaluable!
