Wait times can be long. However it's only bcs they have a great reputation! Plan your cut during non high traffic times and you can get in and out pretty quickly. Staff turnover is high but never got a bad cut.

Nice, quick service with an easy online check-in showing you the current wait time. Have had good results with my haircuts. No appointments needed, just check the phone to see when the wait time is under 10 minutes, and go. And the service - for a standard male haircut - is very quick and painless. I have used the Five Forks location for years and have always had great experiences. Just last week I went in for them to shave the side of my head, and they did great lol the ladies are always sweet too.
