If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend brought me here as a treat unfortunately as much as I wanted to love it but it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my 26 years of life. First I was burnt by the hot stone massage and have burns on my leg, she never apologized for. Then I showed her a picture of my nails I wanted and she gave me something completely different. She was in a rush and did my acrylic in 20 mines, I asked for a simple pink French manicure and I told her I did not like it and she said that’s what I wanted. Very disappointing. Had my nails done on Monday, had a chunk missing in less then 24 hours. When I went to see about getting it repaired. I was basically accused of doing something to cause it. I have been wearing acrylic nails for YEARS. I have never had one do that. When seat #3 did my fill on Monday, he filed so much of my product off, that the vibration made my hands very sore during the service. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes before someone to repair it. I did not wait nor go back. I also had a $40.00 pedicure that should have only cost about $20. My pedicure didn't last but 30 minutes. My feet were rough, but did not notice that until later. Don't waste...read full review

Service is horrible and expect to always be up charged if you want your nails even cut down or to remove your polish or gel every time I’ve gone in they want to charge me for something. Also, they are not kind or welcoming
