For years, our basement flooded during heavy rains. Thankfully, Robert from Radiant Renovations came to the rescue! He assessed the situation and recommended a French drain system. The work was completed promptly, and after a significant rainfall, our basement stayed dry. Although there was a minor issue with the grade, Robert quickly fixed it. He communicated with our insurance and the needed replacement was scheduled quickly. The replacement roofing was completed timely and crew did an excellent job cleaning up.
